SFMUG 2008 Photo Contest Rules & Entry Form

• Event takes place March 6th 2008, at the SFMUG Monthly meeting.

• Submission deadlines: By mail - Tuesday March 4th, by 5pm at P.O.Box; or by hand - 7:30pm at event

• All entries must be printed - no electronic display size - 5x7 minimum, 10x13 maximum Size includes any mounting (i.e., total size, not just of photo)

• Prizes: 1st place - $75 Gift Certificate from Santa Fe Camera Center; 2nd prize - $50 Gift Certificate from Santa Fe Camera Center; 3rd prize - $25 Gift Certificate from Santa Fe Camera Center.

• $10 entry per photo, no limit on number of entries, payment by check only to: Santa Fe Macintosh User Group (included with entry)

• Mail entries, including completed form, entry fee and photos to:
Santa Fe Macintosh User Group, P. O. Box 22899, Santa Fe, NM 87502-2899 - Write “Do Not Bend” on mailer

• All entries must be labeled on back with title, name, address, and phone

• All Entries become the property of SFMUG, unless return arrangements are made. If you would like you entry returned, please include SASE

• One category - color and monochrome together

• Judging will be by popular acclaim of those attending the event. All decisions are final. In case of a tie a game of chance will be used to determine the winner from those tied.

• By submitting you agree that your entries, and if you win, your likeness, may be be used by SFMUG for publicity, advertising, our website, our newsletter, or other news, for purposes of promoting SFMUG and its service to our members, artists and community. You retain all rights to your work.

• SFMUG has arranged a public showings of the entries at Santa Fe Camera Center, if you would like your entry included in this and any other public showings, indicate by checking the appropriate box on the form.
